The Tipsy Cake

We designed this unique bakery’s website to showcase their specialty: aromatic, rum-infused cakes that transform favorite cocktails into irresistible desserts. The challenge was creating an e-commerce experience that captured the indulgent, adult-oriented nature of their products while maintaining broad appeal.

The design features rich, appetizing colors with sophisticated typography that reflects the premium, alcohol-infused nature of their offerings. High-resolution photography showcases each cake’s unique characteristics—from the Piña Colada’s coconut garnish to the French Connection’s elegant presentation. We avoided stock imagery entirely, featuring only authentic product photography.

The flavor descriptions read like cocktail menus, emphasizing the sophisticated ingredient combinations: Cognac Amaretto, Buttery Nipple, and signature spice blends. The e-commerce functionality includes detailed product pages, customer reviews, and streamlined ordering for both pickup and delivery.

We integrated customer testimonials that emphasize both taste and experience, helping potential customers understand what makes these cakes special. The site clearly communicates delivery areas and ordering timelines, setting proper expectations for their artisanal baking process.
